RE: 2nd boss pom
Testing on easy mode shows the damage inflicted is ranged based. When he starts casting he stays staionary. Tank him in the middle of the room, when he starts casting run toward the doorway (or some other designated part of the room so everyone is near healers). Drag him back and repeat for the cast skill -- adds will also need to be dealt with. Well, technically if you can kill the boss within 60-90s or so you don't even need to bother with the adds, as you can just start fight in middle, run to door way to avoid 1st cast, and then seren the 2nd cast and the adds have such a small aggro range that being at the door prevents them from attacking your party.
I believe all the bosses can be dealt with strat wise, just very few of the ppl geared enough for it wish to die often enough to learn them.
