Owenstein Gone?

Was the PoM event really intended to be only 1 day?

As with all events that use Owenstein, Hilary, Eve, etc, the NPC's must be replaced manually by the GM's before they'll be available. They do not survive server maintenances. They are in the process of being replaced and will be available soon.

While the servers are going down. Can we make sure that the Rune NPC spawns this time? Kaiz did not spawn where he was supposed to in fjord. Hopefully that gets fixed with the restart.

The Rune NPC is an internal NPC and will survive the server maintenance. The others will not and must be respawned.

Nonetheless, after the emergency maintenance, all of the NPC's have been put back to work.
