I personally think it's debatable. The pants, definitely (Which I still don't have effing ridiculous droprates). The rest of the set? Idunno. Mystic has said he's not sure it was really worth it and that he doesn't feel it really made any difference, and may have actually decreased dps. We haven't done any formal tests on it though.

Only OD Pants in Artemis that have dropped for us are Chainx3 or x4, Plate at least once, recently we got the Scout ones in a pug. No mage ones yet as far as I know so I feel your pain.
