Server Merger Follow-up take 2

Asked about this in November of last year and like many threads it just seemed to fall off the radar - so I'm going to ask again: Is there any further information, discussion or development about character server transfers at any point in the near or foreseeable future? If not, what about a means to transfer items from one server to the other via AH or some other method?

Any constructive information/feedback is appreciated. Thanks :)

as far as i know there is no news on this yet.
i believe that eu is still dealing with merges so it may take a little bit before we get any info.
it is after all a great deal of work to merge servers.

this pretty much sums it up. this last maintenance was I believe the second to last merge that needed to be done. there's still one more.
