Server Time Zone Question

When you say an event starts at 1500 Local Server Time, which time zone is that?? Would you please just put GMT or Zulu Time or EST or PST or Mawson Station Time or Lord Howe Time?

I know this was asked and answered in the past but I can't find it via search and I can't remember the answer.
I don't support 1 Server. I just like the Anagram - GOAT GRIP!

Server time is Pacific time 5:50 now so will start in 9 hours 10 minutes :)
