New items to the vendors? Where?

Where are the new items for the proof of myth and phirius shell merchants? There is only the same items that have been there for months.

"New items for Ancient Mementos, Phirius Shells, Energy of Justice, Proof of Myth, Honour, Dreamland Pioneer Sigils merchant NPCs have been added."

I have already been to new zone and found a couple crippling bugs. No tokens for token dailies and Snoop teleports to itself instead of to Splitwater.
