According to DE players, it works now. It was scheduled for the actual next patch though, not the "festival switch". Go try and report back if you like :)

Side note, new forums users sometimes have trouble posting links. The spam filter eats them up, but as you spend more time posting it will stop being a problem. In the meantime, the forums mods fix them individually.
