Patch Notes 7.0.0.2781 Discussion

Because I have the forums bookmarked and not your front page, I totally missed the good stuff of this patch, the REAL item shop changes. I was here laughing at lvl 98 level cap and freaking language change that I missed the actual shop changes for a sec there.

Anyone on to confirm if this new wheel / price / whatever of the IS is any good?

Wow the pricing on that is just a <censored> cash grab.

299 for 1 acceessory plusser?
399 for 1 wing plusser?
So nearly 10x the cost per +16 plusser for wings, and around 6x the cost of +16 accessory plussers
and now the wheel is 59 for a chance at armor plussers and 99 for a chance at weapon plussers

Well, that made me go check the front page. Like you, I come straight to the forums.

I'm currently getting the patch but my brain's still stuck on the level 98 cap with new items from the vendors. 'Kept hoping the 98 was some kinda mistake and would get updated but I see that didn't happen.


After seeing the feedback about the wheel I never tried it and likely still won't if it's still that tiered and timed thing. I waste enough diamonds without playing that kinda game.


...aaaand catching the comment about prices of the new jewels (while I was previewing, lol) I think my gear will happily stay at lvl 16 max.

Did 35 spins on Star wheel. got 5 jewels, considering everything else on that wheel is even bigger junk then before (who knew it was possible) 700 dias for a jewel with nearly nothing else to show for except the 1 sacred phoenix i got also. gg on that 1 lvl increase too, "1 patch to rule them all... no, make them all quit maybe, yes."

And no Msyte I thought it was a mistake too. 98 actual cap. I stopped getting exp again now that all my classes got that massssive 1 level, was tough i tell you. :dash:

Damn dude... so they removed Uni Pots from Siege but brought back Sacred Phoenixes? Lmfao... That's a real P2W item there...

Also why do ppl care so much about the level cap? They used to do this b4. Lv57 to Lv58 cap remember?

cause they released the level 100 instance with it, I for one, and know others in this boat as well, was put on halt gearing knowing that the '100 cap' would be out soon and to redo gear then, now still stuck between super old gear nad redoing a new set that will just turn old instantly.

*considering the gear is level 98 might still be possible, but the instance still shows as 'lvl 100' meaning crit will be insane. If that is not the case then all may be 'ok'...

Well at least they banned Uni Pots from PvP zones right before I ran out. I get to keep me gold!

Well, at least the newly released mem/shell etc gear is lvl 98 - as opposed to being lvl 100 and unusable which was what I fully expected.


I can't even remember when the last time was we only went up 1 level for a cap raise. It's a fairly useless raise gearwise and my friend and I will likely not even manage to finish questing through Splitwater (only doing mainline quests) before we cap out again. I had hoped to make it through Farsitan to be able to go to the new zone on our own but judging by the text related to that I'm guessing we'll haveta sweettalk a port outta someone... again.

Edit: that being based on the concept that we don't continue questing and waste the quest experience when we're capped.

...ok, why does Erebos come up with 4 channels? Mithras has the usual 3. Yeesh.

I'm scanning down my friends list and I don't think we have any left who even still log on, lol. I may need to make a flippin' world shout just to try to get a port.

Did anyone stop and think that perhaps Gameforge is trying to keep +20 hard to get but yet still possible to obtain pretty easily (by making it expensive but accessible)? Makes sense to me, not sure why that's difficult to grasp.

As some have said, even GM's....no one's forcing you to buy it. I do just fine not buying to the +20 hype and I still have plenty of fun when I have time to play.

Frankly I'm surprised y'all people still play I thought we all established a long time ago is that rom is trying to make as much money as possible before everyone quits.
Instead of trying to salvage and bring people back and working with the community.
If you still going to play don't waste your money save it don't buy that bs +20 jewels I wouldn't.

+20 weapons and accessories are really the real deal. Not sure where on arth they came up with +20 wings, but if anything needed to be sold seperately, it would be weapons, not wings.

I wouldn't mind them keeping it hard if it wasn't necessary. Someone with +20 accs will crit 20% harder than someone without it. That's an insane difference and completely unbalancing. You could have decent gear and still be bottom scrut by a lot just because you don't have +20.

Release content that people cant even use?
2 jewels at insane price without the most important one?

Whole new chapter, a few daily tickets 97-98 and your done nothing more to see here.

Was a fun bug while it lasted. Definately got a few lols with it. Also got pleanty of footage that will be live on my channel soon. For those that weren't aware of what it was. Healing shot documentary incoming! Seeing as its fixed I dont think there will be an issue with sharing our findings.

well they actually changed all the gear so the new hard mode set is 98 and usable. It looks wrong and no idea why they did it but it least we can actually use it :)

whaaaa, thats good to hear. Was debating to even quest and just slowly level with dailies to 98. But this changes that, woot!
