You can click the 'Log In' button on the main website and try using your account email address to log in.

You may also use the Forgot Your Password link to have your game password emailed to you.

Once you have this, you can log in to your game account (via the website using your email address) and you will be able to change your password to something a bit easier to remember. You'll also be able to see what your account name is.
