Why are thse at 19 diamonds?? and it shows regular price at 20 diamonds? is the item shop just messing with us again??

If one diamond off is a deal now, well we gone deeper and deeper with this one

I'm more so wondering if they will put the other daily quest/quest potions back in the game somehow, now that the wheels give even worse prizes than before and no longer the dual quest and skill quest 50% pots.
