Runes of Magic: What are Torn Pages for (how can i Use them)?

What are Torn Pages for ?

Hey there again, I am relatively new here. My backpack is getting full, and currently I don't see how "Torn Pages Ch1,2,3, etc" are helpful. Can i trade them for money/objects/Exp (and to whom, where)?

Also is it possible GF can make the stories sell able or bring back the npc that gave us story because im just missing one more story to get the buff and i dont want to wait till next year.

the trade npc for those titles where only there because of no event that year so you will have to wait to next year
