Zodiac Trade-In NPC

Any Idea if we will get the NPC to trade in certain elements (mainly water) for other elements?

I don't remember why or when it happened, but it was really helpful to trade in the stacks of water elements people have for the other elements.

Will these NPCs be showing any time soon?

You get to present them to the zodiac NPC at the bridge for a dragon pet (13th zodiac pet). Legendary dragon is 6% attribute. I don't know about other options. Which is why i ask because I am going to slave away for the rest of this festival as well as whichever festival gives earth.

unless of course there is another trade-in npc! :phatgrin:

To catch them is your real test, to train them is your cause....
You will travel across the land, doing daily quests
To save the tokens to make the pets, instead of spending cash
