Here is something not well known among the players:

Sometimes if you insert a picture in your emails to us, it just appears as a blank (but pink? Kiranos what have you been up to?) rectangle. If, however, you use imgur or other image hosting website, it's smooth sailing. We prodded the CoMas gently and the error has been reversed.

Note: This happens frequently in the ticket system and in the events email submission(s). If you want to ensure you are counted, host your image externally via imgur or photobucket or even gyazo, and give us the link. This is way more reliable than trying to get it into an email, either as in-line or attachment.
