Vampire Arrows Bleed Cap

Thought Vampire Arrows' bleed was based off of pdmg. Tested it with multiple pdmg's and the bleed kept increasing until it hit 80016 per tick and stayed at that even when pdmg increased. Is this a bug/bleed cap or am I just dumb and missed something.

Is same as druid hot cap - 36k. No matter how high you buff it won't go over.
