Hi
A new rule of support has been announced on Polish servers, according to which the final instance in individual matters of players is no longer the Community Manager, but the volunteer - Team Manager. The COMA allegedly does not have time to do so.

So the question is whether this new rule also works on US servers?

I have not heard of this news, but perhaps it will arrive in the upcoming week.

I'm not actually sure that the answer matters for you, since how things are handled in US region probably doesn't effect how it's done in the PL region. Different COMAs.
