+5.0% Fire Magic Power - Works?

Found a talisman oh AH; the Dark Dragon's Wing, and it says it adds +5.0% fire magic power.

Anyone test this yet. I'm thinking if it works, wouldn't you want to AT this into every piece of armor/accessory/wep you have?

Wow, I have not seen anything with that stat, but YES if it works then for sure would be great stat to add to all our gear. {shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, don't tell no one else they think we are OP already}:p

it's not a tiered stat ... therefore transmuting will not add this stat.

it is only available on the tailismen itself

many crafted items have non tiered stats ... make a mediocre item very desirable because you get a "free" stat.

Yeah, it is a craftable talisman, the stat cannot be transmuted onto other items, but if you wish to transmute onto it then you can have that additional damage. However, 2-H staff might be better overall than that talisman+scepter.

PS. If anyone on Osha wants one let me know, I will craft one for you (at a charge of course, requires a LOT of materials lol)
