Numbing dagger worth the use in r/s

I have a r/s, in the 50s. I have never used numbing dagger in pve but now that i've slowed with leveling, pking comes into play(im on indigo). I was wondering if putting tp into numbing dagger is a good idea for use against players. What are your thoughts, assuming i'm using a marco to change from arrows and bow to projectiles.

Numbing Dagger

at its max level numbing dagger will only keep one player under control for 10 secs which isn't very good not to mention the fact that i've seen it dodged more than once plus you'd have to unequip you bow and arrows to use it.

Yeah... Not much use for numbing dagger, but maybe that's changed since 2009?

I have fun with it in siege. With the macro for it its just one button push to throw the dagger and re-equip your bow and arrows. Nice when you are going up against a couple of people to lock one down for 10 seconds while you take the other one out.

Good against scouts using detection, no? Wouldn't know, I don't use it.
