Would be awesome. By far the highest attack in scrut, probably for anything but R/S which spam low blow while energy thief is up.
But well, 6 secs CD, not poosible. Quite happy with it as 6s is not the worst to rotate with if you have an 8s and a 10s bleed to keep up.
