Healing benefits from mdmg, wisdom (until the 8k range), heal point bonus, and level of healing skill.

The VN sets were better for Druids then vathos, Juggler may not have much crit on the items itself but plussing the necklace again gets a lot of crit (which vathos does not get due to low level...) to cope for 5% net heal but i didnt do that math. Now the memento sets are the best for druids and priests in endgame, and probably the best bang for the buck (630+630+560 mementos for the best set lol) for everyone else.

Even a crit-setup with Shadoj + Ifur + Lvl60 necklace (or old fashioned even oracle or Conscience of Hackman -necklace for +heal) would be better than vathos...

Druffbaum/andreasels did a comparison to the VN set a while ago and the result was:

Costume of Heroic Aura vs Aoth Nature
+278 (+188 on HoTs) Heal
+64,8 Crit
-360,88 Stamina

for the Heroic Aura.

how about stating intel vs wis?

In my experimentation as a druid, the difference is intel gives better crits and less mana regen than stating wis. The hots and heals appear to be the same.

Intel gives matt and a little mana. It doesn't affect either crit or heals.

And magical crit

I apologize forgetting to mention the obvious...

But if you want to get technical, magic crit only effects *if* will crit, not the healing directly. % increase in crit from plussing rings effects the healing directly.

I just saw the boots for the set "Eye of Wisdom" set, level 45 for the first time, is there a guide or link you all could hook up for me so that I can find the appropriate NPCs to start earning these items? All help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

That whole set drops from minigames. A few pieces probably have a low chance to drop from mobs, like the Order of the Dark Glory set, but you can get every piece in Mal's/Goblin's -- you can check on runesdatabase.com, though it won't list a drop location for pieces that only come from minigames.
