Lvl 55 help please!

I have just recently reach lvl 55 (I'm pretty excited). And I need some guidance. I have a Demon Magnetism Staff and 3 pieces of the Void set. So my question is should I tier or stat my staff? I have heard tiering takes lots of money and arcane transmuter charges. Any help?
I have a serious condition and anyone in my guild can tell you. I change alts almost weekly or bi-weekly but hopes are this one will be permanent.

Staff

Definitely Tier it to at least T6.... (i suggest t7) it wouldnt cost alot of gold. You just need to buy alot of T4 cloth belts from limo/LoM merchants and random fusion stones. If u want to dont have a lot of charges, i suggest making 'throw-away' toons and lvl them to 10 to get the free 10 charges. If you did your daily with them you could get 13 (30 tokens/charge). Also, some minigames give charges as well. 3 charges from goblin games, and you COULD get 1 or 2 from the malatina minigames... so anyway, send the t4 belts and the fusion stones to your throw away toons and start making fusion stones ;) then send back the made mana stones to your main

Until you reach your end-game weapon, I'd recommend tiering T6-T8.

Once you've obtained your last weapon, if you're a pure healing druid, I'd recommend clean statting t7 unless you have the resources to clean stat t8.

If you're doing a lot of DPS as a druid then go ahead and t9+ it.

The reason I would recommend clean statting t7 is because the healing power bonus from the staff/wand is only half of the magical damage, so two tiers in the weapon really only translate to 1 tier in healing power bonus and you can stat a lot of survivability, or whatever else you feel like statting. Going wand and shield is also a good option if you find a wand with good healing power bonus. A shield dramatically ups your survivability.
