Wisdom...just like a priest, Int is more Mdam. The other thing is Wisdom gives Magical def also and that's not a bad thing. The newer trend is smaller mana pools and that has to do with knights slamming all the Pdef and Patk they can on each item and stam in at least 4 or 5 spots. Not to mention many knights go with Max MP instead of actual Wis now. I have actually cut my mana pool in half now and have yet to have any nail biting situations due to running low on mana.

Knights get a little Patk from Int but it's so small it's pointless. I don't know if knights actually do any Mdam even though they sorta Cast spells.
I reject your reality and choose my own instead!

I think a tank's mana pool is fine without stacking any mp or wisdom at all. Just pop a wisdom rune in your gear and you will be fine with mana. I currently have 10k mana, 2 pieces of gear with Destruction of the Tomb. I use Ferocity, Block, Potential, and Revolution right now but I will be swapping some Revolution out for Dauntlessness(Def, Wis) in some pieces to bump my mana up. I believe 12k mana is more than enough for a tank. If you ever drop below you should have tons of mp phirus pots or even use mana return if necessary.
