A couple different ways. If you want to quest and level your secondary "legit" (meaning, you actually want to learn your p/m also) check out this list of zones...

You'll notice there's some overlapping zones...this is so you can level a second class. Also there are the new zones Coast of Opportunity (1-42) and Xaviera (42-52) not included on that list. If you've done all the quests on your primary in a particular zone, you won't be able to do them again on your secondary, so that list may help you find additional quests appropriate for your secondary level.

The other main way is to only quest on your primary, and use your daily quests to level your secondary. You can turn in quests that are up to 10 levels higher than your class. So, your priest side is 17...you can turn in up to level 27 quests on that side (even though you aren't high enough to actually get the quest). Most people get/complete dailies on their primary side (which is high enough level to get better dailies, providing more xp), then switch to secondary and turn them in.

If you go the daily route (you should be doing dailies EVERY DAY regardless of which class you want to apply them to), definitely look into the dailies in Coast of Opportunity/Xaviera...they provide way more xp that the daily quests in any other zone of the same level.

Do everything mentioned above. (You can reach CoO after you have both classes at 20) But be aware that later you will have to opt to do dailies that are close to your secondary, as they will be placed far away from house. (unless you don't mind taking long rides)

I just leveled my third class that way in past 10 days. (11 levels in 10 days, which is not that bad )

So, after you done with logar (assuming you are human), teleport to Sascilia Steppes (click K, then on second page of first tab, click 'Sascilia Steppes') and start doing all quests there.

Also be aware that after your level is very high, NPC will not show exclamation mark, so you have to use World Search, select quest tab, select 'Show quests for only this zone' and click search. Select follow for quest starting person and you will be able to finish them all.

Also, make sure you complete every quest in every area.
If you skip quests many in next area will not open.
