pets skills help

whats better for a rogue a pet that gives 10% attk for 30 sec or a pet that gives 5% all attributes for 15 sec

the best one is the executioner puppet.

+5% all attributes for 15secs
+8% attack speed for 15secs
The attack speed is what makes it worth it.

The next best one would probably be one that gives +10% patk for 30secs.
the best one in that category is the
Fell snake
Confusion Gas: Reduces physical defense of target by 10.0% for 15.0 seconds.
Huntsman Assist+9: For 30.0 seconds, the pet master's physical attack power will increase by 10.0%.

as it not only gives you the 10% patk, but it debuffs the thing you are fighting to lower its pdef by 10%. (+20% patk net gain, and it helps the party aswell)

Now whats better executioner or fell snake?
well thats a hard one. for endgame id say fell snake would probably be better, as for current endgame its hard to hit the patk soft caps, so the added patk really helps your dps.
For things you reach the patk soft cap for, and dont really need patk, executioner wins by miles.

But the executioner puppet has a transformation potion in the item shop (u can change any pet into that), while the fell snake you have to get from the egg originally.

I actually prefer the Forest Leopard, get a 10% weapon damage for 30 seconds from Guts +9 and 10% patk boost for 30 seconds from Huntsman Assist +9. Fun stuff.

maybe you should read that skill a little closer. its 10% weapon damage for ONE attack for 30 seconds, after attacking once, the buff goes away. this includes auto attacks.

^This.

Fell Snake or Executioner Puppet are the two best DPS pets.

yea. as if it was not hard enough just finding a good enough pet with a good apt low level and is the proper element. to get exactly 1 race of the like 150 different pets in addition good luck. maybe if u lvl 20 char to 67 grinding mods and not questing u can do this.

Transformation potions are the solution. The 99 dias are well worth better pet skills (fungus with magical attack has to go }:D)

I have the fell snake...love it. I got it a couple of weeks after pets came out and have never regretted it. And I rarely see many of them - still rare.
