Yay! W/R nerf

[B]Patch Notes 4.0.4 - Pumpkin Festival[/B]

Warrior & Rogue damage adjustments

  • Changes to passive Warrior skill “1-H Weapon Mastery”:
    • Lv1: Increases damage of 1-H Sword, Axe and Hammer weapons by 5% (previously also 5%)
    • Lv50: Increases damage of 1-H Sword, Axe and Hammer weapons by 75% (previously 80%)



  • Changes to Passive Warrior skill “2-H Weapon Mastery”
    • Lv1: Lv1: Increases damage of 2-H Sword, Axe and Hammer weapons by 5% (previously also 5%)
    • Lv50: Increases damage of 2-H Sword, Axe and Hammer weapons by 70% (previously 75%)



  • Changes to passive Rogue skill “Off Hand Mastery”:
    • Lv1: Increases Off-Hand physical damage by 4% and accuracy by 4% (previously the same)
    • Lv50: Increases Off-Hand physical damage by 18% and accuracy by 18% (previously both 20%)



  • Warrior skill “Slash” now deals 4 bleed damage initially and 40% additional damage per level (previously 45%).


  • Rogue skill “Shadowstab” now deals 5 bleed damage initially, and 45% additional damage per level (previously 50%).


  • Warrior/Rogue skill “Shadowstab” now deals 5 bleed damage initially, and 40% additional damage per level (previously)


Now maybe you can fix the damage/dps on the Performance Hand Axe!!!

Rom HATES warriors......

we ALMOST are able to keep up with rouges in dps.

so ofc that cant happen. we had to be nerfed.

My first initial thought was "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO THORNNN SMASHH!!!" but its not that bad actually. 5% is livable.
Now i can DPS without having to stop after 4 Shadowstabs to make sure i dont pull agro.

They won't leave us alone! It seems like they nerf us and make mages a little better with every patch! I wont notice it that much but I am sick of them taking away stuff they gave us! Ill live and love the game!!!

Meh the 5% isnt even worth QQing over. I ran gc hm last night and the difference is hardly noticable at all. What i would like to see is Combat master droped a peg or two. :D

Lowering the dps of all classes a bit would bring some difficulty back to the game.

Being able to burn all bosses in game is kinda boring imo.

Now done paying too much money for a game that has not had 2+ year old problems fixed.

LOL well i havent noticed it either but that dont mean they shoulda done it!!! lol


and combat mastery is nice but (and i been testing this with rouges) there biggest advantage is Energy thief. they can spam LB and almost never run outta energy. without it they can only do 1 rotation (ss,lb,wa,bs) then its 5 seconds before they can use lb/WA. that added energy regen is what makes there classes do so much more damage after a burn.

i seen a rouge do 15 LBs in a 15 burn second fight just cuz of energy thief.

now combat master does agrevate me how r/s elite is a 15 min buff with no pdef reduction yet a w/r elite is 10seconds and have a 50% pdef reduction.

This isn't a nerf. We still get a MASSIVE boost from what it used to be, I can't remember what it was. 5% is minimal, you barely notice it.

Before the it's not a nerf gets out of hand, w/r is nerfed because our 1h axe choice is screwed. So if you duel wield it happens to hurt a little more now doesn't it... As i have stated elsewhere its RT diamond all over again.

Haven't been online all this week but I guess I need to see how much these percentages make a difference to my combo. Probably not much but still where is our so called balance though...
