LF End game Wd/W tanks

I just started gearing my Warden side for tank gear and was wondering what my patk should be around after I finish gearing up. I have about 8 pieces done mostly my accessories cape and wings. Got Skeletal gloves and Ardmond helmet completed also. The only thing is I did not stat my gear perfectly. I scavenge for any cheap stam hp or pdef stats I could find. Of course not stam/wis stam/mp stam/int etc. I also noticed another end game warden tank on Govinda besides myself and one from the Euro servers. Not sure if their are anymore on the other US servers. I was wondering if their was anymore out there cause this class combo potential is great and I like to collaborate ideas for making the best Warden tank thanks for your input : )

Hi there. I'm a lvl 70 warden. I play wd/w as my primary character. I switched over from scout after chapter 3. I'm pretty sure I'm the only real end game warden tank on my server. Lol. Let me give you my stats first.
HP: 160k +\-
def: 375k (15min buffs) 730k (short buffs)
PA: 50k +\-
Now keep in mind that since I switched from scout, I still have 3 items that are scout statted. I still use a scouts unicorn chest with all dex/pa stats. Lol. Anyway I have some pretty impressive numbers even with those items. what I've found is that I have more than enough PA. I typically stat like 3 stam/def 1 stam/hp and 2 stam/pa
With these new stats I'm going to try it a little different. I'm going to try 4 stam/def 1 hp/def and 1 stam/pa. Since warden has 4 solid aggro skills I don't really have to worry about aggro too much. These are just my opinions. No flaming please. :)

Thats interesting I still need to stat like 5 more pieces I buff to 130k hp 310k pdef. May I ask what server do you play on. Also I think your build is a good build. Also do you use the RT set or the Sardo set pieces?

One p.att stat per item is enough for a Wd/W tank imo.

Next gear I guess I will aim for:

Hero/Glorious/Crimson/Bunker Sta/Pdef
Glorious Sta/P.att
Castle Sta/Pdef, Hero Sta/HP or Hero HP/Pdef

Accesory ofc Aoth Salvation Set....about other 2 items not sure yet.
Rest items it will be basicly all from Tomb of the seven heroes, but not sure about the nonset parts from there which I will use.

First class to be equipped is my warrior anyway, so it will take a while till I will make new gear for warden.

So far it seems that my values are enough for now anyway (~220k HP, 350k Pdef, 42k p.att instance fullbuffed with p.att food, but without rice dumpling or other GM food)

Without Rice dumpling, since we don't have huge stacks of this on EU servers ^^

With Rice dumpling would be 447k Pdef longtime buffed ;)

I do not see me buffing up to where andreasels in pdef and hp especially with only 4 pieces left to stat which are ardmond chest piece and 3 skeletal pieces, but I do see my self buffing to quentinludwigs pdef and hp. Fully buff using egg rice I am at 340k pdef now.

Both of you have impressive stats. As I mentioned, I still have 3 items that are scout statted. Once I reace those I should sit right around where druff is. Wardens are awesome!

Dunno, never saw anyone post better values than me on Wd/W tank, but this doesn't mean that there isn't anyone who has better values ^^

ok I statted a new chest. Druff I'm gaining on ya. ;) I still wear 2 scout statted items so once those are gone I'll easily break the 1mil max pdef mark.

As for the low HP, I made a lot of mistakes in some of my older gear statting. Thus the really low stam. But I fully buffed for siege last night and my HP came out to 192k+. Which isn't terrible but I really need to get rid of those older items. My statement about 2 more items was in reference to my scout items. I still have a ring and earring with only dex/pa stats and such on them. As for new content-statted items, I have only 3: cape, shoulders, chest (chest is a mem chest for now). The rest is all crimson/bunker/tomb/temple. So in a sense you could say I have tons more to stat. Lol. As for the dodge/parry, it's really low because I only have 3 plate items so far. I was using chain before. I'm switching to all plate now and going full tank. Hybrid doesn't work. :( I have 30K PA fully unbuffed with no pet or anything. I am going to drop that down a bit though because it's not really important with the amount of aggro modifiers I have.

Would it be possible to list stats in an unbuffed format? its far easier to compare stats with as many buff variations as ROM has

sort of gave up on warden side for a while because of the intense gear demand to be a viable tank. In mostly 67/70 gear with hero/glorious stats im still only sitting around 70k phys def unbuffed. the 2 def per 1 stam ratio seems to make it hard to compete with knights.

Tossing the idea around of making a warden tank set and statting

2x phys def/stam
2x phys def/phys attk
1x phys def/max hps
1x str/hp or stam/pa

any feedback would be great, as well as any item set skills you use
