Scout/Druid elite skill bug

Right then. Let me get to the point.

The 25/25 S/D elite skill is supposed to remove any movement restritions or slows or roots.

I've check with every mob from here to THH and it does not work for any slow, root, anything. Even the "Movement is impaired" debuff.

Fix please.

I can't say that I'm familiar with the skill itself, since I don't play an S/D. However, have you tried partying up with someone, getting him rooted or slowed, and tried using the skill on him? Perhaps it's used to remove the debuff from another player.

Other than that, I've got nothing else.
