One of the big issues that make the DPS unfair is that the game got a serious shift towards boss burns. In fact, all of these little less than 60 second buffs that make you 100% stronger to burn bosses 1000% faster really unbalance DPS combos. Bosses now go down in less than 10 seconds and while this may be great for farming, it puts DPS like druids on the back burner drastically. The only thing close to getting the kind of speed/damage that a 65+ mage gets with their enhanced Catalyst is the D/R + [Unity with Mother Earth] (which makes all DD spells crit) + [Speed Catalyst] (+20% Casting Speed if not using pots) + [Dark Moon] (which adds +5% Magic Power when it activates), which would allow a druid 2 Earth Arrows a second, but even then how can a Druid catch up to 2 Flames per second? If Mages didn't have that, I could see a Mage DPS build Druid doing some comparable damage... maybe.

If fights were geared to be longer and the DoTs for druids were buffed... oh well what am I saying?

Lol, well i don't see a lot of mage QQ, so i can't really comment there. But it would only be ONE class combo that is already broken as it is. I see nothing wrong with upping D/R to levels where they can compete against mages for damage.

Now if only Frogster would incorporate elemental resistances in their bosses...

Elemental resistances? In that case lets give physical resistances in that case too lol. But still, earth damage resistance would be bad for druids and M/Wds, M/Ds. Could nerf magic damage more all around.

Uhhhh D/R is badass. Over in lonely Grimdal we have a kickass D/R (Karii <3). She is a beast! she hits VERY hard, and has decent heals. One of the elites increases the Dark Damage overall, and either the 60, or 70 elite allows for Earth Arrow to do both Earth, and Dark Damage, practically making it hit twice in one cast. I am very surprised I dont see as many D/R's in siege because that combo is pretty wicked. And Lorus if you reading this F*** you <3.
Barricadex the major gimp warden of Grimdal--> W/WD/R 80/80/50 <-- LF Somebody to have babies with, so I can Populate Grimdal.

any druid can do good dps. Just all depends on how u build it. Just remmeber if u go all out dps ur heals will be on the low side, and if u go full heals ur dps will be on the low side. D/r with wand/hammer combo dual curse/dmg/crit runes can get hella fast casting speed for earth dmg based skills, also wand/hammer will give u more dmg than probably any staff. Dont hold me to that im not 100% sure on that. Also d/m is really good in pvp, if built right it can dps u in pvp, out heal you then lightning u and run away to heal again. With right statting and gear and proper playing style u can make any druid dps.
