If they do sacrifice PAtt for some PDef then their DPS will be considerably lower. This was an issue at the end of Ch3 where R/k's were in fact tanking and there was no need for an actual "Tank" in the party. The newer instances have made the "trash" more difficult to thwart this method. Although if EA were un-capped you would see more R/k's tanking in situations they couldn't before. I'm not sure what the new % would be at 70 but I would think it would be rather crazy high. This + House buffs and Potions/foods alone would be enough to move certain combos into tanking and farming certain instances. the one combo that would really shine in this change would be W/k and shove knights down even further instead of actually helping them. The W/k would gain Pdef and not have to drop Patk at all and could actually gain a Patk or two from it because they could drop a Pdef stat or two.

Then on top of it there is siege where this added Pdef would make certain combos much harder to deal with.

Indeed I did know of a S/K that was tanking in chapter 3. But it didn't matter if it was a R/K or a S/K or a K/x. All combos immune tanked. But if you ask them was it wipe-free like running with a K/x tank. They all replied, No, we wiped a shitton on mobs, but bosses went down much easier.

lol, to be honest, DPS should barely be tanking DoD at this point.
