Autoshot the only skill with no GCD?

I've noticed that only Autoshot has no GCD? Others say that it's both Autoshot and Shot but when I use Shot, it has a GCD?

First I want to clarify that GCD means that second where you can't use any of your skills and items right?

Well, it's just like a melee auto-attack...continues to attack based on weapon speed + modifiers, no GCD. Though, Autoshot is a lot buggier unless you're standing still.
