Runes of Magic US / AU

It seems that ever since the last update my thunderstorm has had terrible lag. It will randomly freeze for about ten seconds. Sometimes it works, other times nothing happens. All i can do is walk around and the monsters don't react. This has happened about 3 or 4 times already. The last time I was in gg and the game crashed. When i logged back in I had died. That really pissed me off. Not only do i not get my shells but now i have dept. I've never died in gg and i solo it every day. I put in a ticket thurs they had me send them a DxDiag report. I haven't heard back from them yet. Has anyone else had this prob. This really makes me not want to play. I haven't logged in since. If I can find something better i'm gone.

It started this last week. Randomly when i use thunderstorm the game wont react. No visual, the enemies just stand there, and i can't use any interface settings. Nothing happens for about ten seconds. Then the game reacts to everything I pushed usually killing the mob i attacked. This time the game crashed. Although I can move it's almost like the game freezes then corrects its self.
