Main Dps
I've read allot of forums and some say the best Dps for priest is rising tide others say you need chain of light wich one is the best ? I'm a P/S so my rising tide is stronger with the lvl 30/30 elite please think about that .
Please say wich is the best skill and why

Once you get Ice Blade (40 elite) you'll never need to use another DPS skill again.
To answer your question though, Rising Tide is imo the better skill. Chain of Light is interrupted way more easily and doesn't get a boost to damage like Rising Tide does with the Prayer skill.
Will the ice blade still get the upgrade from prayer (let water att give extra dmg ) . Ice counts for water doesn't it ?

Just to note, that elite is pure crap. It barely adds any damage.
