I'd be happy as a clam at high tide with a "Gimped Weapon Mastery".....Not so much with the Str bonus.

Look the new class has the Hammer mastery so that is out of the question. Im telling you strength mastery is the last hope.

And maybe after a year of QQ'ing this new class can wear plate in which i will completely reroll and transfer all my equipment.

I bet if HS was like "casts Holy Strike, causing 2030.0 + .30 * strength (light) damage" or "casts Holy Strike, causing 2030.0 + .30 * stamina (light) damage" it would do wayy more damage than by DPS formula.

It still looks like you dont fully understand how the damage formula works.
If the damage based on stamina is added only at the end of the formula, like the int part for Mage skills or dex part for rogues, that part of damage will still be very negligible.

that would add a wopping 6-9k damage on your average knight with 20-30k stam buffed. Before patk/pdef comes into play.

well yeah the "whopping" part was sarcasm XD

i'd much prefer knight to get a sort of bleed. (they dont calculate against ADF - the holy seals do) n would yield consistant if tiny aggro in endgame instances where u fully buffed only hit for 4-7k anyways XD

or..simply the gimped weapon mastery that about every other knight wants ^^

i for one have enough dps to quest/solo n hold aggro without all that but i run with the same people all the time n dont pug much. Occasionally i have to yank on the leash of one of the dps :P

Fixes to the CCs n interrupt skill(s) are much more important to me then a dps upgrade. n i'd like a complete overhaul of k/m plz XD

I used to play k/r. I do miss all the cc skills and interrupts from knights that wd/w doesn't get... And the shield skills of course. Too bad I really wanted to be an elf. :-)

well shield of atonement behaves unpredictable at best - and often doesnt work as interrupt where mage scout or war skills do.

the range of the shackles of light make the use quite limited. i try to use it when on a large group of trash one gets a miss from wws. But then again taunt works much more reliable than to manually target 1 straggler or some mob close to it; and has a longer duration. Doesnt work on bosses. Doesnt work on some adds of bosses - which would be another use ><...really annoying.

And Shield of Truth... i have not gotten to work yet. lol. I am sure it works fine on 2 logar mobs on a 1sec stun. but it has never ever worked for me on stuns or roots that actually would be nice to get off the tank.

Schock. just takes too long. It doesnt work on bosses and a 3sec stun after 3 seals on trash is just rediculous XD i just cant think of a situation its worth/important using on. Verry maybe as interupt attempt if charge is on cd.

Most reliable interrupt and stun is charge. Cd is way higher then some dps can stand still for pulls tho XD
