D/Wd question

Druid/Wardens get a skill that increases mana, as well as healing power, but they also have a skill that increases the party's magic damage (like awakening of the wild from d/w does for melee). I am curious if that also boosts their heals, since everyone knows that the more mdam on your staff, the higher your heals (all other things equal).

M.Dam helps with the healing value of HoTs, my guildie lent me her T10 Puppet Queen to compare with my T9 Clown Wand to test the difference and on Recover my heals ticked for 10k vs my normal 8-9k.

Non HoTs healed for more or less the same.

She's a d/s.

Heals benefit from:

Mdmg, Heal Bonus, Wisdom

In that order. Notice how the more readily available aspect of healing (wisdom) is easily attainable (statting wisdom), whereas the more beneficial stat (Mdmg) is less available and harder to obtain (tierring, runes).

Ravesden, D/S/Wd 80/75/62
Retired. Click siggy for old RoM vids, among other things.

Ah. I was looking at her statement of "non HoTs healed for more or less the same" when extra MDam was applied. What confused me is that D/Wd's get the mdam buff but also the elite that increases heal strength which takes the mdam increase and amplifies it. It wasn't making sense to me that her heals would be more or less the same. With me, mdam food + my D/Wd's Mdam buff + healing elite makes my heals noticably stronger. I suppose this is different with D/S, and if so, why don't D/S get as much of a bonus effect?
