Druid/scout - Group Exorcism

Hi, sorry as I couldnt find the old post relate to this skill.

Just a question and check if this skill (Group Exorcism) can remove the debuff "Dune Rock" from Warnorken Arena first boss Manticos?

IIRC yes....basicly, Group Exorcism can remove all debuffs which Priests' Cleanse can remove also.
Druffbaum W/Wd/S and Baumschmuser D/S

Ok i just try, it cant remove the debuff....

But I believe this skill is very useful at the higher instance like grafu and TOSH.

as i remember, GE removes harmful effects.
so to find out if you can remove a debuff, hover the mouse on it and read the description: if it says "harmful effect", this will remove it. if not, not. same with antidote btw, for example some snakes in CoO have a debuff named some poison, but the debuff description does not say poison, so antidote cannot remove it.

You would be surprised how helpful GE is.

It's the buffs you do not know that gets removed that help out the most and it does it to the entire party (if you are a good aim).

Apologized I mean useful in high instance like grafu and TOSH as it is like mass cleanse effect with the priest.

I think the Dune Rock happens to all the party member at the same time; Isnt it a rock thing that surround u and stops u from doing anything including moving when it is up?
In that case u wouldnt be able to cast it at all.

Rock Protection: you can still move and cast and it's a self-cast, cannot be cast on other targets (99% damage reduction @ lvl 50)

Mother Earth's Protection: can be cast on any single target

L2read!

Usually when a debuff occurs I usually pop GE>Purify>Antidote on the person just to make sure the damn thing is gone. Usually one of the 3 works. Perhaps someone should create a list on what cleanse work on what debuff..

^ totally agree with that.
However GE is very very nice in end game instances.
1st boss grafu it resets the dmg reducing skill the boss casts on everyone.
It can sometimes stop slow affects. Which can be really useful (Does it cleanse 2nd boss Tosh-H slow affect? Havn't been there yet.
(I forget which, Zs or Dl, but hte flying things that slow you down alot - it cleanses that).

The slow effect you're referring to is the thunderstorm-like skill casted by the mage adds. And yes, GE cleanse it.
