lv64 mage staff question

i am currently using a t7 root of nightmares staff and i was planning on upgrading to a Rakshas staff and possibly making it a t9. since i don't like spending lots of money ingame and i only have 1414 charges should i wait until 65 and try to get a puppet queen to make t9 or just t9 the the rakshas when i get it?

If you can get a hold of puppet queen, then of course, level and get it. Difference in mdmg is around 30% more for Puppet Queen iirc.

I fully agree with RoMage, it will benefit you far greater to get the Puppet Queen and T9 it.
