If you want to tank, 6x Stamina per item is a must.

So if I would want a tankish Warrior with some dps capability I would go for something like: 4x Sta/P.att, 1x Sta/Str, 1x Sta/Pdef or Sta/HP

As 3rd class I recommend Rogue since you can use the same weapon (W/K with 1H + Shield, W/R with 2x 1H)

For tanking, I'd say definitely go plate. You could also hybrid with plate for the set bonuses, and then the rest chain for some extra DPS ghost stats, or the other way around if you want to be doing more DPS, but you'll be a lot squishier. You'll be wanting to get ahold of the chain sets for the item set skills anyway.

I too would recommend rogue for your third class, but I wouldn't recommend trying to play both W/K and W/R. W/R is a fun DPS class that I use myself, but there's simply not enough TP for both sets of elites, and you'd have to switch around your action bars each time you switch. You also cant use your plate armor as a W/R. R/W is a viable DPS class, and one that I'd recommend for your situation. You could also try out K/R for tanking with some DPS capability.
