SA -> Blasting Cyclone cooldown

i never did pay attention to suprise attack then blasting cyclone combo used but i swear before those 2 skills shared a cool down i have been testing it out now and they dont seem to share a cool down anymore probably old news , but yea it comes in handy in siege, oh well warriors are still third rate pvpers anyways lol

Yep, they were taken off the same CD when the level cap was raised to 70. Just like SC and Thunder was too.

Not sure when this happened (unannounced in patch notes?), but glad they made this change! Was so annoying to have them on shared cooldown.
