W/K K/W any good?

Hi, i am picking up Runes of Magic again, or at least until d3 is coming out. Gonna be playing on Artemis if anyone wants to recruit a newbie(kinda). I remember playing a R/S before, and its funny how Frogster still haven't balanced the classes yet after 2 ish years? I really don't like playing rogue, i hate how every time i kill a monster i had to hide and backstab, although it did it a lot of dmg, thats not the way i enjoy playing, I think i will like the knight class because they have the charge skill and able to stun, and i think that should give me an advantage in pvp. however if i go W/K i don't think i have access to that ability. but i will be able to do more dmg. Anyways which one is better W/K or K/W, i want to be a versatile character that can do well(does not have to be the best) in pvp and pve. I haven't played the game for a long time, so i don't really know whats wrong with each of the classes. Although i assume nothing has changed(still hear that Knight is so underpower)

Knights aren't so great in PvP if you are looking to deal damage. K/W is a dying breed, it brings little advantage over the other knights. K/W can use a 2h axe, but then you lose access to all of your shield skills which is not good. W/K using a 1h Axe doesn't actually add much damage over using a 1h Sword. W/K however is very good all around. It has the damage of a warrior with higher physical defense than other warriors. Since W/K has weapon masteries for both 1h and 2h weapons, you'd do excellent with a 1h weapon and shield or a 2h weapon.

I'd advise you to go with W/K but K/W is still a decent combo.

R/S is a combination of classes that does not require a hide and stab routine.
Maybe for big bosses and elites I agree, but with proper stas and gear a R/S can draw aggro with arrows and kill upfront with daggers on all other mobs (provided the arrows don't kill them off first!)

W/K is a warrior with sub-tanking abilities
K/W is more of a tank, not a DPS monster
Artemis: IGGWILV: M/P/S: M/P + P/S, LORDUTHOR: W/K/R: W/K + W/R, FENGYIKHAN: Wl/M/R: Wl/M + R/Wl
