Just starting. Simple Q - where did my pet go?

Hi,

So I got my Warden to level 10 then switched to Scout as 2nd class.

I have my Scout at level 3 and still see no Warden pet available. Its not even showing in the skill list for unreached skills. Does this mean that if Warden is 2nd class I will never be able to use the pet?

If so, are there other classes that completely lose an ability while in the 2ndary status?

You can only use the general skills of your secondary class, not the primary skills.
