Missing Shield form?

My shield form is missing and i'm a lvl 38 Champ/priest. anyone know?

You have to do a quest in the dwarven starting zone that lets you get it. The skill, after completing the quest, appears in your skill book at level 16.

Talk to Logden Darkstove (25.9, 79.1) once you get to level 16 and the skill will appear in your skill book.

I had the same problem...got to lvl 21 and had no shield form. Once I did the quest line starting with Hebron Shadoweave (30.7, 75.3), I was able to the get the skill from Logden Darkstove.

I'm a 18/16 ch/r and whenever i talk to logden darkstove or hebron shadoweave neither of them give me a quest or say anything relating to spells and/or shield form at all :/

I can only suggest:
1) make sure EVERY quest (except for the cup one) in Ysvandr is completed.
2) make sure you are on your champion side when you talk to logden.
3) not sure what else. lol.
