wrlk/ch elite skill problem.

my newly created dwarf warlock24/champion22 and am unable go get 15 elites. have 2 lvl 15 certs that were mailed to me but trainer gives me garbled code response when i talk to him. ideas?

As things stand, you must get Shield Form @ level 16 on Champion before you can get your level 15 elites for either class. And, as many times as I've seen the NPC's name over the past week, it refuses to stay in my swiss-cheese brain. He's across the path from the elite skill trainer. There's a quest you have to do before you will acquire Shield Form. But once you have that skill, you can get your 15 elites.

ok, but i have done the quest for the npc u refer to on warlock, guessing i need to talk to him on my champion wich i guess is why he hasnt given me the skill yet. thanks!

I'm a 18/16 ch/r but the npc doesnt give me a quest for shield form, and i also get the error when trying to get my elites. Any one have any ideas?
