difference between a 10 page fandreith and a 2 page whooty post that im actually able to understand what the hell Fan's posts are about...

i basically did not understand anything except "the new weapons suck for magical classes" which is... uhm ... old news. and will hopefully be fixed, because it simply sucks the way it is now. :P

So you point is: "my weapon sucks because its bugged, my setbonus is not as op as i would like to have it, therefore the instance is total BS although ive just downed b1-...x (x<7) while i totally ignore that there are better items out there for certain slots so i actually can have a great deal of upgrades?"

And tiering with crap stats is a nice side effect not a basic game mechanic and one of the few player favorable things that have NOT been silently "hotfixed" although not even being a bug or exploit. either use the best stats and invest more puries (grafu and sardo are not THAT long ago ... ) or use the 135s (and maybe the 147s work too but cant tell right now, only sure that the 150s are treated separately). red stats of the last x instances since temple were that way, it's not that they changed anything - its just more equal rated stats available so it works. But this time there's an even higher tier of rare stats that are actually usable and not "crap to be cleaned/pushed away" like the red ones in temple/grafu/tomb ...

It's not like there's nothing to complain about in this game, there's quite a lot ... but that?

You don't need 5k crit, 4k is plenty and fully geared with endgame ch4 and new acc you should have over 4.2k depending on tiering.
Crit soft cape is 70%(4250 crit at level 75) and healers don't have to contend with enhanced crit resistance. There for it is unnecessary to use a full proof set + normal head as a healer. Full hard mode set is best for those slots. The 60 damage from the tosh set is insignificant. However the extra 800 hpip from HM set is a healthy increase over the 1k from tosh. Also at the high end of the crit spectrum gains are quite small and only cumulative averages over time, the added hpi gives a direct and immediate increase to heals 800 hpi will increase a non crit gh(priest) by about 2.5-3k, crits 120-160% of that, for druid thats 1600-2.2k more to non crit recover.

Agreed, you dont need, or will notice, an increase of crit about 70%. Not by much anyways. But at the same time, and I'm going to quote someone that said this to me while I was in Ragnarök about a year ago: When you're at end game, you don't gear for the current content. You gear for the next content.

4250 crit will not = 70% crit rate @ lvl 77. Your crit % will actually go down. Therefore its better to go above the soft cap as much as possible, without sacrificing any heal point increase in the process. I know this isn't final, but while Item Previewing the 77 gear/weapons...I'm not impressed. It seems like a repeat of AC content and the majority of its crap gear. If my assumptions are correct (and it seems like it might be), we'll be stuck with lvl 75 gear as BiS (best in slot) items until the cap is lvl 80. Thats 5 levels.

Gearing with higher crit than the soft cap will prepare us for that. I currently have 4433 crit (71.24%), yet to find od shoulders and yet to switch over to the kulech set (still wearing tosh full). Will I be hitting the soft cap 2-3, or maybe even 6 months from now? Nope.

You'll lose somewhere around .30% crit each level. It's no big deal at all. You'll still be 70%+ crit easily.
