Can anyone else with the wd/s 60 elite confirm that it is no longer working? The centaur arrow and valiant shot are back to the 2 sec cast time.

Works just fine for me.

So tested with another wd/s that did not have the elite and the chirons seemed to fire at the same rate. But we may not have been timing it right.

So I met with another wd/s that did have the elite and those seemed to shoot at each other at the same time. But that may not have been timed right either.

So we started checking it against the beast king attack. After a few manual test using a hot key for the one skill and mouse clicking on the other, I used the macro:
/script UsePetAction(5)
/cast Beast King Attack

-no wait time in the above macro-
I was getting a .4 sec time left on the BKA when the CA/VS fired. The other wd/s had .7 sec left. I am guessing the difference might have something to do with the other player having a high tier raid rune. So the forest surround does seem to be having some effect, since the BKA took longer than CA/VS.

Works fine for me as well.

Gonna just guess yes.

ill try later once maintenance is done but i hardly use that skill tbh when i tank, i tank with around 350k hp its very little i even need to pop any cds, but ill scope it out first chance i get...
Btw thats my favorite skill in siege btw, i love having over 400k hp, and it takes an entire team to get me down below 100k and then boom insta heal for over 200k rofl... then hax gets called rofl
