Warmage tanking

Has anyone tried to tank on warmage? if so tell me how you stated and if you use chain gear and all that.
I found one video where warmage tanks KBN hard and now interested in trying it.

He's your "special" mage child Yuki. As in, short bus all the way. Apple did not fall very far from the tree, that's for darned sure.

I would love to see a warmage tank like that on the US side. I just don't know if we want Magi to do it, since he likes to pull the whole instance at once, bosses included. I coulda sworn I saw Androlier the last time he pulled in KBN. Kid's got talent. I guess if you had enough warmages, that wouldn't be too much of a problem, but the healers might get mad at us.

XD magi beat her up with the scrut!!! avenge me! avenge me! XD but on a real note....there is no way not even with mostly t8 gear even accessories could do that. even with yuki having lvl 60 pet maxed hm, etc. its just a lot of damn hp and decent pdeff. Plus the stating that guy uses is different. "But" its doable. thats for sure. If thats your goal. Magi leave the damn VN boss in VN when in KBN XD love ya all :-D

It actually wouldn't be too hard....I only have a shield and 2 world boss pieces stated 3 stam/def 3 stam/hp and the rest 4 int/ma 2 int/stam and I can get to 345k pdef for at least 30 seconds and thats without using survival instinct. The issue is actually aggro lol, using defence formation drops your matk by 50%, which really puts a dent in you dps, even with a hatred holding aggro is....interesting. Guess just have to pop taunts and your other aggro skills when ever you can.

But beyond that, it wouldn't be too hard, as long as the fights didn't last for long then assuming your stated right it would work.

yep, they did a kbn hard full run with 6 man in 48mins. probably not a speed record if you really go for full speed but pretty nice for a 6 man run, atleast noone did fraps something like that before.

and Haffimare uses 4x Int/Sta 2x Int/matk

that is nice run. it takes our guild about same time and same amounts of deaths to kill first boss that they did full run in. and right now I think I need to stat some gears like they did to at least survive one hit from mobs.

Yestarday I was doing kbn h and with not such a good tank so I was getting hits from mobs for about 100k and from first boss for 120k and i'm no where near as stated as them so warnage tanking is not that hard with some gear stated with defence stats.
