Priest/Warrior

Change 1 of their elites so they can wear chain; similar to what you guys did to w/k allowing them to wear plate(adding plate ability thr 1 of their elites). lemme try something decent n fun

The new mem gear is good dont need chain but still need to remove the lvl 50 cap from Power Build Up
