Besides scout/warden scouts are pretty garbage, the difference is Palenques rogues are garbage too, so they look not so bad.

To be fair theres about.. 5-10 good rogues on palenque, after that it kinda drops off.. as far as pve dps.

Nobody complained about it because no one used it or stated for it . It was just one of many unused skills that remained at a low level and never upgraded. But once Charged Chop became knockdown, instant cast it became a very important part of every S/WD 's rotation and gearing and was upgraded to the max level. Now all that time and TP have been spent to have Charged Chop at its maximun use are made useless which causes a big problem. Every time they nerf a skill they should give use 3 reset stones so we can readjust all our classes to reflect the nerf and get back the TP we wasted on upgrading that skill and the skills that we upgraded to make maximum use of the now nerfed skill. Because not only is the class that has the nerfed skill messed up but all the other skills we used in concert are nerfed too as every rotation and level of the other skills are not appropriate to the now nerfed skill and its effects.

Oh please. It's not a bad skill. It is just like any other skill really. 1 second cast time + no gcd is the same thing as instant with gcd. Heck, could probably throw a curse rune in your dagger and have it be less than 1 second.. would that actually work? I've never thought about it..
Anyway, the skill is far from useless. 1000% dps skill is far higher than anything else a Scout has. It does the exact same damage it used to. S/wd dps should not go down at all. All it did was make it less overpowered in PvP.

I will stick with my S/Wdn and hope for the best in the future. Its been awhile but I see they put diamonds in the AH now.. that's a plus.. after a year siege is still in beta.. *rollseyes*
