I never noticed if the charge chop for r/wrdn had a 1sec cd before the patch, but seeing it now wondering if that will effect the dps...anyone can comment on that?

It always had a 1 second CD on it.

did that patch fix r/m?
It fixed Vengeance Sting so you don't kill yourself anymore. They changed the tooltip on Day of Rain and Illusion Dance Blade to match it's lower damage.
