Clean tier

Hey all sub from osha here, just letting you know that im current working with clean tiering. Im using intel X stats aswell as the high lvl intel stats most dont use (example: intel mdef, intel def) for a clean tier stone. My current goal is T10 for main hand and T8 for offhand. The offhand will be an overdura dim light. This clean tier will have intel stama and intel maatck ranging from bygone-frost shell stats. The Tier 10 will be like i said above X stats and crap stats.
The weapon for the T10 stone will be an overdura Song of Miserable end. So far im at 2 tier 8s and 1 tier 9. Im doing this all as a Free to Play player amazingly. as for my dagger so far 2 tier 7 stones. For those of you who think im crazy.. maybe i am but im sure it will pay off somehow. Hell it might grant me access to endgame parties with such a weapon.

Until you need to upgrade your weapon unfortunately. At least you can move your main to your off when that happens. To me they add new stuff too fast to waste the resources needed to clean tier a weapon

You'd be better off t11/t12'ing for the same amount of gold. More benefit than you'll see from clean t10'ing. Clean t8 really the highest it's worth going, maybe 9.

the sheer cost in puries for clean tiering a weapon is amazing (edit: I guess if you are buying crap stats off the AH it may not be that bad). I did a clean T8 for my knight...I will never do that again. Sure, it is bright and shiny now, but as Borella said....in a couple months, those stats will look weak.

We actually had a guild project for clean T10'ing w/ X stats back when Chrysalia came out. It pretty much just fizzled and died after the new zone came out w/ bound XI's.

Just use the bag stats...use your shells do draw stats for sale to support your habit. Shell stats should be quite a bit better than the bag stats and the bag stats are going to push your shell stats off anyways so they are wasted in this application. Just trying to help...

yeah i agree with everyone, great idea, sounds awesome.....

till ya do some math and realize when you will need to redo it. As a M/R yeah the off had can be cycled down, but still.

Thats what im doing but im using the stats that i dont use from the shells in it aswell, only get like 4 good bag stats then gets repetitive. so i use whatever has high intel.

Yea im doing like i said above with my wand the X stats and bad shell stats. But for the dagger its a harder project. bygon, dragon wilderness, and frost. takes longer but im getting there. Just made the first Tier 8 our of 3, so 2 more to go and thats finished.

Another issue with this is aquireing a good Wand, all the wands on osha are crap. As of today the only overdura one is 102 and is worth 17m. Im looking for one thats at 105 or higher dura from around 15-20m.

But heh, good luck to me finding that.

It might look bad that he's putting in so much time and he might be crazy for doing this, but he's doing this legitimately. I can vouch for him being clean on that front.

Chances are those wands will be really high in cost, especially in osha. And you gotta be geared to get it so. This will be a great replacement till then. And probably i wont be using the 80 content stuff, maybe lvl 85.
