Warden/rogue Enemy sigil

I would love to hear how the enemy sigil of a warden/rogue works, aside from the obvious increase in damage of multiple skills in relation to strength

the main points i would like to know are:
1. how much damage does enemy sigil add to each skill
2. does enemy sigil affect other wardens and /wardens
3. how long does the debuff last on a mob/boss

if there are any warden/rogues or rogue/wardens that have their 70 elites it would be great if you could answer these, thx in advance.
Zami - 80 Warden / 80 Scout / 80 Druid - Indigo - Deadly guild
End game DPS as warden/scout and end game healer as druid/warden

Sadly not, not something noticeable at least. tested it in many conditions, with all the skills, different Str values but all same results, with and w/o the sigil. So i belive it's broken, stats modifiers for rogues and wardens doesn't add much, but at least you can see a small difference, not with the Elite on though.

the debuff lasts for 30s, 2 minutes cooldown

i m a r/wd, not having the wd/r 70 elite yet. from the description i believe that it just adds some extra additive str-dmg, like the additive one on CC ( 0.3*STR in the CC case ). so to say, it may be a modifier like 0.2*STR added to these 4 skills.

However,
as known, this kind of dmg is added "FLAT" at end of calculations, additively. so if ur dmg is high u ll not notice it. they r only useful for pvp imo.

If u need to test on the skill:
- try Dod 1st with a lvl 1 2h-axe
- remove any dmg gear, like dragon necklace, 4-piece sets, dmg uppers
- keep ur STR high though, just gimp ur dmg
- start fight without buffing up. all u need is hp
- use only PotWS as skill, for test purposes. reason: has no inherent STR mod like CC
(u must not use CC else u ll get confused by the already incorporated STR mod in it)
- hit for 1minute just PotWS without the 70 sigil
- kite and watch and note down scrutinizer report
- apply sigil and spam PotWS until sigil over

If ur dmg is extremely low, and ur STR is not gimped, then u ll notice a significant difference in the 2 results
for example if u hit for 500 dmg avg, and u have eg. 15k str, then with a 0.3 modifier, u ll see 5.5k dmg (500 + 5000), meaning an 1000% increase!

Well, i tested it in beth ez solo runs, same buffing on all bosses, and after a few hundreds of uses of each skill on different bosses, i can tell there's no difference on the damage with, and w/o the sigil. i had only 5k str on tests, but i belive having 20k wouldn't matter either, since 0x5 still 0. i can tell there's no difference b/c sometimes i was hitting for slightly less than the average, with the sigil on the boss(due to the normal damage variation range).

im hopeing the skill isn't broken, in fact i kinda hope it works something like adds 1% damage for each 1k strength or something like that, which a 5% increase at 5k str would seem rather negligible.

which for me would be a 25% damage increase when i hero pot, assuming it works for other wardens and /wardens that is, which would be a quite noticable difference, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if its broken.

guess i'll just have to wait till the wd/r in our guild levels up his rogue side, since he should have much more strength to test with and go from there.

if u make ur tests when already doing high dmg, u ll never be able to notice the effect. its same as rogue skills with DEX mod or mages with INT mod. the y r FLAT numbers added directly at the END of formula. meaning a 300k flame will do 305k dmg on 15k int and 0.3 mod.

"IF" this is the case for the wd/r 70 elite too, then u ll never be able to find it out in beth. a change in PotWS from 200k to 205k is unnoticable. u need to do any tests unbuffed and with crap lvl 1 weapon at some other ini like dod eg

Well to this 5k you have to add att/def modifier, but still test should be done as you've said low lvl ini unbuff and low lvl wep.

what's the point on it though? ok, maybe you'll see a difference of 1~2k damage(with 130% crit modifier) with 30k str, but on practice you won't be seeing the difference at all, as you'll probably going for full burst, damage, attack speed and everything. On my tests the damage simply didn't appear, so i probably won't be, even using the skill, as i'm losing a GCD while using it. So i actually hope it's broken, because as it is, comparing to wd/w 50% damage increase, or like r/m's PBD, a 5k damage in the middle of 600~800k won't be missed.
