When raiding the other night my guild buddy a Mage/Warlock boss debuff skill failed to proc until later in the fight. His crit rate is decent for a mage but with boss crit resist and boss lvl it is a gamble getting and skill that proc via a crit off early. My warlock has the skill posted above which I believe maxed lowers boss crit by 800 something. The thought I had was on the last two Beth bosses it might be a good place to pop this skill instead of going into Willpower Blade. However on my first test I could not get this dang thing to cast. Has anyone had trouble using this skill before? My experience was. Gained 6 psi, Entered willpower construct, skill lights up (was previously blacked out), I press skill nothing happens (I then press, click, bang, spam, curse, swear, blame Kalvan, and then finally move on to other skills).

No one commented so maybe I was the only one with this problem but I found a solution if any future warlocks have this problem.
The skill works from the skill menu but not on action bars (no idea why). I did test removing it off and on the action bar multiple times
I am now using a macro to cast this skill and I placed that on the action bar.

Shoutout to Xamd (Blankminded) for thinking of this first.

It lowers a boss crit resistance. So if the boss has 50% crit resist rate this will drop it so say 42% resist making everyone in the raid crit more often. It will not matter on most bosses as the fights are too short to be of use but my guild does strat now on 6th boss Beth HM so this may be useful just getting the M/Lock debuff to proc faster.
